少なくとも我々東洋人の場合、国家の概略として適しているもしくは優れているのは前者なのだろう。只、我々日本の場合、西側の一員としてアメリカの後ろ盾の下、それは為されない。それを望んだのは、良くも悪くも、我々日本人である。

中国にとっての国家の利益や損益というのは、現在の我々日本における場合のそれとは概念的に全く別物である。中国共産党の君臨は、彼らにとって必要概であり目的概化されている。そうでなければ、少なくとも彼らにとって、何の為に国家中国が存在するのか訳が分からないだろう。

中国の経済停滞を理由に少なくとも現行での同国の国家概を否定する一部の日本のマスコミの様な連中も存在する。中国は全体主義国家且つ社会主義国家である。其処では、経済学に拠る何らかの解析結果や経済指標が第一義的に国家の存立の礎と為るという事は無い。
