例えば、「貴様は馬鹿だ」と、無根拠に他者を罵る事は日本国の法律では侮辱罪に該当する。他者に対してそういった意見を持つのは当人の勝手だが、そもそも、それを当該他者に知らしめるにおいて、その根拠と為る理由が示されるべきだろう。
