パウエル議長の様なホワイトカラーのエリートは、どうしてもそういったものを信じにくいどころか、逆に人々をコントロールしようとする能動を持ち合わせている。やはり社会の管理者概におけるリスク管理意識が、そういったものを信じる事を邪魔をしている。
