中小企業の倒産件数が人手不足で増加。給料を上げようにも、「無い袖は振れない」。そもそも農業等に至っては産業（として）の属性的に（も）後継者不足が（として）深刻化。たから、ミもフタも無い言い方をすれば、爆撃されてるんですよね。それに至るアプローチはともかくとして現象的に潰されてる。

この場合、お上官僚は敵に非ず。その、（場合に拠り国産米の価格を吊り上げるという形で）国産米の価値を落としているのは彼らなのですから、備蓄米の放出を打診しているのも彼らだという事に為ります。つまり、例えば備蓄米の放出が早いとか遅いとか、お上の対応はそれとして問題に為らないでしょう。

それでも（あくまでも市場原理に因って）当該の財を売ろうとする涙ぐましい努力が、結実する…事は無いでしょう。彼らは一般的には左翼の社会主義陣営の成員ですが当該社会に拠っては右翼を自称している場合も有る。ともかくその社会主義的発想を（から）抜け出さない限り彼らが日の目を見る事は無い。

つまり、その国産米の「横奪」について、投機目的という見解は捨象出来そうです。だから市場操作目的ですよね、やらかしてるの事の、顛末は。「こだわりのお米のおむすび」等のそういうブランド戦略では売れる国産米も、只高くて不味いだけの米だったらば誰も買わないという事は彼らも理解してはいる。

彼らは、そもそもお上農水省への敵愾心ありきなのでは？要するに、事ここに至っては、お上に拠る農家への直接助成に拠り国産米が威信財足るか産業廃棄物コースかという瀬戸際なのに、彼らは減反をはじめとしたお上の介入自体が気に入らない。お上は横から米を抜かれて「持っていかれる」と問題が在る。

だったら、前者はその証拠の数字ごと現在リアルに存在している米（の量）を否定して下さい、という事。私見、横から米を抜いているのは彼らではないかと疑いたくなる。彼らは国産米をお上のお墨付き無しで市場原理に従って威信財として維持するという限りなく自分達に都合の良いシナリオを描いている。

今日の夕方のテレビ番組でも各局米騒動を取り沙汰してましたが、国産米の価格は下がらなそう。で、お上の減反政策に因を求める人達と、お米は証拠の数字ありきで足りていると云う農水省お上。後者は備蓄米もあと数発（に分けて）解放が可能だと。前者は流通経路の問題は無いと主張している訳ですよね？
