人が生物である事で鑑みれば、苦労や苦痛の哲学を標榜する者は精神異常者の類だろう。実際、精神異常者に自殺者は多いのだが、当該人生における「苦痛を望むパラダイム」の存在がその異常性を決定付ける。

云わゆる苦労人や老人で鑑みれば理解出来る通り、人は苦労と共に希求するものを失ってゆく。アメリカでホームレスネスと言われる通り、特には人種差別の被害者等がそう為ってしまう事には、きちんと理由が在るのである。

暮らしに関する満足度という場合、上を見ればキリが無いだろうが、下限に関しては具体性を帯びる条件めいたものが在るだろう。逆に云えば、最低限度の衣食住さえ揃っていれば、日常生活面という事では、満足という人々は特定数存するものと考えられる。

分かり易くは、ナチのゲシュタポである。ここへ来て、ストーカー加害者に対する警察に拠る被害者からの申告無しの指導が許可されるに至った。「被差別者を作るな」という原則が決して正解では無い事を、現在概ねの人々が知っている。

其処に在るのは、恐怖の感情ではなく、当該行為に及ぶ反社会的人間を是認しまいとする社会的意思である。例えば警察権力がこういった悪事に及ぶ場合、犯罪被害者を被害者扱いしないという構図を作って（それを常態化させ）ターゲットに当て付けるという事を行う。

悪党というのは、まずもって関係を作って来る。云わゆる「絡み」である。「被害者が加害者を相手にしていれば、（この）被害加害の関係は成り立たなかった」という構図を連中は当て付けて来る。普通は一般市民は暴力団の類のものの相手などしない。
