人生などというものは、その様に、単純なエスカレータの如きものである。実のところ、老人に為って死が近付けば近付く程、人は死を恐れだし無様に慌てふためくのではないか？原子爆弾投下に際して、一瞬で死ねた者は楽だっただろうという話を聞いた事が有る。

日本人は、どう、人間集団コンプレックスにまつわるデジャヴから抜け出すのか？若いうちは、年配の面倒を見てくれる人が居るから良い。中年に差し掛かって、例えば働きぶりが悪いと雲行きは怪しいだろう。壮年に為って、自分の子供が居ないと、保身の為の安全保障もままならない。

As two atomic bombs were dropped, I heard that it was physically appropriate to die immediately. With the clash of flesh, it is no occupation for it to refer to the people who are not capable of resisting their identity as biological creatures.

When we are old, if a man has no children, there is no necessity to take care of ourselves. Our lives are just on the simple escalator like that. Factiously, the more we admit getting old and are sincere about death, the more we are to be surprised by death with fear.
